Cancellation&RefundPolicy

• Orders / services can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase.
• To request a cancellation, email info@vbeasy.com with your order ID and details.
• If the service has already been processed or work has substantially begun, cancellation may not be possible.

• Refunds are only applicable for eligible cancellations made within 7 days of purchase.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method (e.g. PayPal).
• Where work has already been partially delivered, any refund is pro-rated for the work not yet performed.
• Certain products and services are non-refundable (see below).

• Digital products, software licenses and completed customized services are non-refundable.
• Custom development, builds and migrations once delivered or substantially completed.
• Consultations and sessions that have already taken place.
• Third-party costs (e.g. licenses, domains, paid APIs) purchased on your behalf.
• Subscription-based services are only refundable if cancelled within the allowed period.

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first — we'll always try to resolve it quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution while the dispute is investigated with the payment provider.
